Discover the marine environment
From age 5, children can be introduced to sailing and discover the marine environment with fun, creative and environment-friendly activities during a 5 half-days course.
Jardin des Mers (Garden of the Seas)
The Jardin des mers is the supervised discovery of the marine environment.
From age 5, in 5 half-days from Monday to Friday, you child will be introduced to sailing with either a Dériveur or an Optimist in the ocean, fishing on foot, picking up crab traps, making oceanic fish tanks...

Optimist
The Optimist is a small boat, ideal to start learning sailing.
From age 6, with a 5 half-days trainingship.
2 hours from Monday to Friday morning.
2 levels :
- Initiation : you child will learn how to keep their balance, how the wind works (and how to use it), peer support and the thrill of sailing...
- Enhancement : alone on their boat, your child will keep learning on his own.

Catamaran
Steady and reassuring, the Catamaran is reactive and effective.
From age 9, the child will learn how to move around and how to adjust the sails.

Sailing Dinghy
The Sailing Dinghy is a boat with a centerboard, meant for sailing solo or duo.
It is ideal to learn sailing, finding your balance on the water, using the boom and setting the sails.

Minij - Handisail
The Minij is a keelboat known for being untippable and unsikable. It's meant to safely build up speed and movement.
Its features make it a boat ideal for disabled people to practice sailing.

Sand Yachting
Sand yachting is accessible to everyone. In only one session, thanks to the advices and commands of the instructor, you will be quick to learn how to control it.

Windsurfing
From age 10 at the Vallées and 12 at Sion, you will learn the basis of Windsurfing and learn the manœuvres, improving with an amazing gliding sensation…

Caravel
Handisail
The caravel is a sailing boat easy to manœuvre with high capacity; making it ideal for strolls.
Saint Hilaire Nautisme offers pirate activities for children, introductions to sailing for the disabled, and strolls for families
5 to 6 people, as well as an instructor can then sail according to streams.

Stand-Up-Paddle
With Saint Hilaire Nautisme, you can practice Stand-Up-Paddle on both a lake and at sea.
Equipped with a paddle and a board, you'll surf on waves at sea at the Demoiselles and Sion watercenters or you'll take a nice stroll on the Vallées's lake.
Something to suit all tastes!
Playful but also sporty, the Stand-Up-Paddle may suits both children and adults with how easy it is to manoeuvre.

Canoeing-kayak
Canoening :
2 adults and 2 children can fit into a canoe. Next you only have to paddle! A great activity in family.

More sporty than canoening, you'll have to paddle solo or duo.

Pedal boat
Enjoy a nice easy ride on the Vallées lake.
The pedal boat will allow you to discover the faun and flora of the Vallées from up close.

Aquatic hiking
Aquatic hiking is practised on the seaside, with water all the way up your chest. You'll walk an aquatic trail. Sporty and relaxing, aquatic hiking is an ideal activity for your well being.
At Saint Hilaire Nautisme, it's supervised by instructors. It's available all year round.
